In the 2013 policy, the rights of the child to survive, to enjoy good health, to be nourished with nutritious food, to have overall development of their personality, their opportunity for good education, their protection from abuse and participation in decision-making of their future life were the key priorities. This policy is due for review every five years.

Solutions to Child Labour:

The Government is working close with social agencies and common public to solve the issues of child labour.

Since 1988, National Child Labour Project Scheme (NCLPS) started to reinstate the rescued child labourers working in hazardous occupations. When children are rescued, they are enrolled in Special Training Centres and given education, meals, stipend, health care and recreation. Eventually, they are directed towards mainstream education. Adolescents rescued are given skilled trainings and suitable jobs.

The present Government has revived this scheme in 2017 with the latest use of technology to register child labour complaints online. With aims to eradicate child labour, the PENCIL (Platform for Effective Enforcement for No Child Labour) Portal serves to receive complaints, rescues the child with the help of local police and tracks the progress until he/she is successfully enrolled in a school or vocational training.

Sensitization:

Since the community and local governance have definite roles in the welfare of a child, many programmes are being conducted to create awareness and sensitize the common people. Several coordination and action groups have been formed at State and District levels to monitor. The Ministry of Women and Child Development (MWCD) is the nodal Ministry that oversees and coordinates the implementation of the current policy.

Nobel Peace Laureate, Kailash Satyarthi, the Indian Children’s Rights Activist, believes that child labour could be abolished only through collaborative action, dedication at political level, sufficient capital and compassion for the needy children. The Government and the stakeholders like him, with their organisations, are working closely to root out this social evil by 2025.

Because they must invest more than they receive in return in the form of wages from their children, the illiterate parents view education as a burden. Bonded Labour | Unethical businesses like using children as labourers over adults since they can get more work done from them and pay them less per hour. Children are forced to work in this sort of child labour in order to pay off a family loan or obligation. What is Child Labour?

Child Labour means the employment of children in any kind of work that hampers their physical and mental development, deprives them of their basic educational and recreational requirements. As poverty is the major cause of child labour in our country, the government should give assurance to provide the basic amenities to the lower strata of our society. The various NGOs across the nation should come forward and provide vocational training to these people in order to jobs or to make them self-employed.

As per the Child Labour Act (Prohibition and Regulation), 1986, children under the age of fourteen years old could not be employed in hazardous occupations. This act also attempts to regulate working conditions in the jobs that it permits and emphasizes health and safety standards.

This constitutes 13% of the total workforce.

The term is often used by news channels or movies to talk about children who are forced to work from a budding age.  Children from poor families are forced to work and fend for themselves and their families. As a society, it is our collective responsibility to find methods by which we can get closer to eradicating child labour. This requires significant support and effort from the government, law enforcement agencies, NGOs, and the general public. Here are some ideas to think about:

• Creation of communities or unions that are specifically aimed at eradication of child labour can be effective. This can be a citizen initiative supported by the government. These communities’ sole objective will be to identify child labourers and find ways to rehabilitate them. • Effective and strict implementation of laws is necessary to ensure that factory owners do not try to hire child labourers. Measures to combat child trafficking are also significant. The government must focus on the depth and long-term impact of the problem and create practical and enforceable laws.

Schifffahrt Neuenburgersee

An Bord eines Schiffes von LNM kann man den prachtvollen Neuenburgersee entdecken und die Natur und das idyllische Panorama geniessen. Der Ausflug zu Wasser lässt sich ideal mit einem gastronomischen Erlebnis an Bord, einer Wanderung oder mit einer gemütlichen Radtour kombinieren.

Der Neuenburgersee ist mit 38 km Länge und 8 km Breite der grösste vollständig in der Schweiz liegende See. Die charmanten Orte rund um den See werden von der seit 1872 existierenden Schifffahrtsgesellschaft des Neuenburger- und Murtensees (LNM) angefahren. Es gibt kein besseres Fortbewegungsmittel als das Schiff, um die prächtige Gegend des Drei-Seen-Landes zu entdecken. Zahlreiche Schiffsverbindungen und Rundfahrten ermöglichen eine Kombination aus Schifffahrt und Wanderungen oder Fahrradtouren. Die Schiffe befördern Fahrräder, was schöne Touren auf den vielen am Ufer entlang führenden Radwegen ermöglicht. Die Schiffe fahren das ganze Jahr über täglich und es werden zahlreiche Veranstaltungen, Themen- und Sonderfahrten angeboten. Mit den 10 Schiffen ihrer Flotte verfügt die Gesellschaft über eine Kapazität von 3500 Plätzen, 1000 davon mit Restaurantbetrieb, und bedient 35 Anlegestellen. Für Privatanlässe können einige Schiffe auch gechartert werden.

Die Freiheit des Motorbootfahrens spüren! Der Erwerb des A-Scheins ist für Motorboote und für Segelyachten über 6 KW Motorenleistung erforderlich. Der A-Schein ist für Binnengewässer und für den Hochseebereich notwendig. Sie lernen auf engem Raum Bug- und Hecklandungen, Fahr- und Bremsübungen, Mann über Bord Manöver und in Boxen parken. Die Ausbildungsdauer beträgt ca.16 bis 20 Stunden, je nach Vorkenntnissen. Der Motorbootunterricht findet täglich von Februar bis Dezember auf unserem neuen, sehr wendigen, beheizbaren Motorboot statt. Auf dem Ausbildungsschiff absolvieren Sie die Prüfung. Ihr Vorteil: Sie kennen das Schiff und das Prüfungsgebiet.

Beschreibung von Jeroen's Segelboot

Segelboot norlin scampy 30 9m.

Die Isla ,Scampy 30 ist für ihre 50 Jahre in gutem Zustand die beiden Segel sind noch gut in Form:Genua kohlefaser-Segel und Gross (Dacron) durchgelattet, von 2017 Die Fock ist ein paar Jahre älter und sollte ab 4-5 Bft die Genua ablösen. Spi in Pink bitte nur für geübte Segler zu verwenden. Der neue Lazybag bewährt sich bestens und ist eine riesige Hilfe beim Grossegel bergen. Die Genua ist mit Stagreitern am Vorstag, muss also bei Antritt und Ende der Reise hervorgeholt resp. versorgt werden. Bitte beachten Sie unbedingt dass sie für das navigieren dieses Bootes einen Segelschein benötigen !!! Energieversorgung: 2 Solarpanelen: das Panel hinten auf dem Heckspoiler (180W) lädt die Motorbatteie. die sich im Motorraum unter dem cockpit befindet. Das Panel vor der Schiebeluke (90W) läd die 12V Bleibatterie für Beleuchtung,Ladebuchse, den Autopiloten und Echolot. Laderegler und Batterie sind hinter dem Kartentisch in der Koje eingelassenen Eine Seekarte befindet sich im Kartentisch. ich habe das Boot im 2019 gekauft und das Oberdeck neu gemacht. Die Pantry hat eine neue Abdeckung bekommen und ein Gas-betriebener Kühlschrank mit genügend Platz befindet sich darunter. Kochherd und Kühlschrank funktionieren mit Gas,wenn sie diese benutzen wollen bitte Treibstoff/fuel dazu buchen! bitte beim verlassen des Schiffs den Hahn an der Flasche schliessen !! Der Motor, ein 2KW Elektromotor der sich gut eignet um in und aus dem Hafen zu kommen und auch gut Fahrt macht auf dem See, bei Flaute. der Innenraum besteht aus Küche, Kartentisch, dem Salon beidseitig je eine breite Bank und einem drehbaren kleinen Tisch. die Vorkoje ist ca. 1,9m breit und ebenso lang.Hinter dem Kartentisch also unter dem Cockpit ist genug Platz für die Segel Sichheitausrüstung: feuerlöscher befinden sich L+R vorne im Salon Schöpfzeug in der Backkiste wo sich auch die Gasflasche in separatem Behälter befindet. 2 Schwimmwesten mit Zugbändeln für selbstaufblasung im Notfall 1 Schwimmweste die nicht der Norm entspricht Bringen sie also Schwimmwesten für die 3. Und jede weitere mitreisende Person mit ! Nebelhorn und Flagge neben Kartentisch (Regal) Neben dem Kartentisch im Regal gibt es 2 Taucherbrillen.

Hat alles wunderbar geklappt - unkompliziert und sympathisch Sehr gerne wieder!

Vielen Herzlichen Dank Jeroen Super Vermieter, gute Instruktion und Danke für dein Support. Wir hatten ein abenteuerliches Wochenende mit ziemlich starkem Wind. Wir sind zu zweit mit Fock und Ris1 Richtung Cortalliod aufgekreuzt. Mit dem Handling habe ich mich schnell vertraut gefühlt, tolle Segeleigenschaften, hält den Kurs solide, schnell im aufkreuzen und sehr praktisch mit dem Autopilot auch gut alleine zu händeln. Mit dem Motor kam ich an meine Grenzen. Zum einen ist es in jedem Fall empfehlenswert sich die Inbetriebnahme vorher zu verinnerlichen, damit es beim Segel bergen und einlaufen in den Hafen dann sicher klappt. Die Leistung vom Motor war gerade noch genügend beim Segel bergen bei Windstärke 5-6. Alles in allem Top zum Segeln und gemütlicher innenraum, das ist was für mich zählt. Gerne wieder

Ein sehr schönes Boot mit guten Segeleigenschaften, alt aber sehr gut gepflegt. Mit gutem Wind macht das Segeln grosse Freude. Wir hatten zwar auch Flautenstunden, haben dafür in der Zeit das Baden auf dem See sehr genossen. Jeroen hat uns ausführlich ins Boot eingewiesen, so dass wir uns gut zurechtfanden. Die Übergaben waren informativ und entspannt, Jeroen war immer gut erreichbar. Vielen Dank!

- Bei Wind über 20 Knoten in der Böe ist eine Miete nicht möglich, resp. ist umgehend unser Hafen anzulaufen. Die Referenz ist der Windmesser Ipsach – Das Auf- und Abriggen (Klarieren) gehört zur Mietzeit. – Die Mietzeit beginnt und endet zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt. Zu spätes Erscheinen des Mieters hat nicht eine Verlängerung der Mietzeit zur Folge. – Wird das Boot nicht fristgerecht zurückgebracht, wird pro angebrochene Stunde CHF 60.- verrechnet. – Der Mietpreis ist vor Ort in bar oder mit Karte zu begleichen. – Spätester Rückgabetermin: vor dem Eindunkeln (spätestens 21 Uhr) – Ein Schiff kann max. 72 Stunden vor Mietbeginn reserviert werden. SailClub Sailboatsharing ist eine Non-Profit Organisation (Einfache Gesellschaft) von Segelbootseigner mit dem Ziel, allen S egeln zu ermöglichen, ohne ein Segelboot zu besitzen,  Segelboote optimal und umweltfreundlich zu nutzen und Segler*innen zusammen zum Segeln bringen.  Du kannst selber als Skipper bei SailClub ein Segelbolboot leihweise nutzen, dazu brauchst nur ein CH D Schein. Aktiv mitsegel kannst du auch ohne Segelschein.  Du meldest dich bei SailClub.ch an und bist schon dabei.

Do you know child labour is a major social issue in every country? Really It’s true. Child Labour is a severe problem for children. Let us understand more about this.

Causes of Child Labour

There are lots of happy people in this world. There are also many sad people in this world. A lot of sad people are sad because they have many problems in their life.

Sometimes, the father loses his money. The mother cannot get a job. The children get hungry. They have not enough money to live peacefully.

Instead, they have to think about working more than necessary. An average person only has to work 8 hours a day. Even 8 hours is too much! Because after 8 hours, there is still homework to do, and that makes it 10 or sometimes 12 hours a day.

So stupid. That is how adults are. Anyway, when a family becomes poor, they also have to do the same. Instead of working for 8 hours, they have to do extra homework every day.

Otherwise, the rest of the world thinks that they do not deserve to have money. Without money, the father and mother cannot bring food for their children.

This feeding is a problem with kids. The world is not a comfortable place. You must always earn money and have an excellent reputation to live on this earth. Otherwise, people will not give food and shelter to any person.

Maybe one day, one of our children can show us how to live differently. Until then, follow the rules that are already in place. So when a family becomes financially weak to have food and shelter, they will start thinking about how to change their lives.

Their children will see their parents working many jobs to get some money. Some of these jobs are not even good for their parents’ health, but they still have to do it to get some money.

Sometimes, even this work is not enough. The father might suddenly fall ill from working too hard . As we talked before, we are only supposed to work for a few hours every day.

A sick person works all day, which can be very unhealthy . If the father in a family falls ill, then there is nothing left to do. The mother works as much as she can, but she also has to look after the father and the children, cooking food and looking after the house.

That is also too much work. All this work makes the mother think of how else to get money. She talks to her husband about this. They will talk for hours about how to get money, but there is no real way to change anything. So then one of them will think maybe our children can work.

They are not happy about this. Imagine crying night after night, in deep sorrow about sending one child to work. This is the common cause of child labour all over the world.

Do you think going to school is wrong?

No friend, work is much, much worse. It is just full of adults. I want to tell you something about adults: they are afraid. They are afraid of too many things.

So, they will keep lying and deceiving each other, just so that others will also become as afraid as they are. That is just sad, I know. It takes a lot of honesty and courage to fight against it.

That is why children may not work; they are not ready for the big challenge, but what can this low-income family do? Their father is too ill, and their mother is already working too much. Now, even children have to work.

Sometimes, a child wants to sing a song. Think about all the things which every child likes to do, for example playing computer games, playing football , cricket on the ground.

No way, I love computer games too! We can play all we want. That is because we have free time. After school, after homework, we still have some free time to watch some TV or play some games.

However, some kids never have that time. They have to go to work. It will not even be a job that they enjoy. Just some work that children have to do for many hours, in order to feed themselves. Slowly, this work becomes very tiring.

These kids will stop going to school and go to work. They do not have the energy to go to school and work, that is just too much. Playing games, forget it.

A Big Problem Child Labour

Child labour is a huge problem; kids across our state, country, and world. Some children should work toward their dreams, working jobs instead.

They are doing the work that adults should be doing. It is just that adults do not want to work so much, and they do not want to give food and shelter to these small sick children.

So they force them to work instead. It is a sad situation, but it can be changed. If we do not change it, many children will be forced to keep working.

The jobs will get worse; the places they work at will get worse. Those children can have better lives if we stop forcing them to live based on the money they have or the reputation their family has.
