Critics of zoos say that such places are cruel. They think so because, in their opinion, zoos cannot recreate the environment in which animals live. That makes animals depressed and bored. What is more, animals have frequent contact with visitors who come to zoos and this may be stressful for them.

Although zoos are not perfect places for animals, I think that they have more pros than cons. As long as people hunt animals and destroy their environment, zoos are very useful.

On the other hand, traditional letters have that unique, tangible physical presence, which can hold attention of a recipient for much longer than an e-mail. As a result, many people keep letters for a long time as mementos. 

Summing up, in my opinion, electronic mail is a faster and more practical alternative to traditional letters which is a very important factor to consider in the modern world, where we rarely can spend much time on something.

Many people believe that education would be more effective if it was optional. I understand their point of view and in my opinion they are right, but I cannot agree with all they claim.

In my view, it would be better for the society and teenagers if education was optional. Nowadays, all young people under 18 have to go to school, and it does not matter if they want it or not. For example, they may have talents and interests, which they cannot develop at school. In the future, they will make a living from their hobbies, and the knowledge acquired at school is not neccesary in this case.

What is more, for people who really want to learn, this solution also has many advantages. Teachers would have fewer students, so consequently, they could focus on them more and would not lose time for teaching people who do not really want to learn.

On the other hand, everyone should have basic knowledge about geography, history or mathematics, because it is helpful in life. They do not have to be experts in every field of science, but they ought to know where their country is located and who the president is.

In conclusion, all people should learn, but only until they get the necessary level of knowledge. After that, education should be only for those who really want to learn, and then, it would be more effective.

In your opinion, should animals be used for experimentation or not?

People are becoming more and more indifferent to the suffering of other beings. They are afraid of themselves so much that they use animals to protect themselves against potential side effects of drugs, cosmetics, etc. But should we use animals for experimentation? As I see it, definitely not.

I firmly believe that animals feel pain, cold, heat, hunger, pressure and thirst. For example, they are whining when someone kicks or hits them. They also respond with aggression, just like humans, when they feel threat or someone is trying to harm them.

What is more, it seems to me that animals should have more rights. People will not be used for experimentation if they do not agree. What about animals? It is inhuman to take advantage of unprotected beings, which we do not understand and they cannot say what they think and feel.

On the other hand, there are people who think that animals are deprived of feelings. Of course, they cannot talk, but how we can explain why they become attached to their owners? Why do they miss them? They are definitely not deprived of feelings.

Nowadays, it seems that the world depends on money. Having a lot of money is often a dream of every man. The common belief is that „money can’t buy happiness” but people realize that life withaut it is impossible. I am strongly convinced that world without money wouldn’t be better.

The main argument to prove my opinion is that the world without money would be very weird. People are accustomed to use money. It gives us the possibility to acquire products.

Furthermore, the lack of money has a negative impact on the economy and the development of countries. We would be far less economically advanced. Moreover, people wouldn’t have the motivation to learn, go to the university or train skills to find a better job.

Finally, many people believe that money is the cause of many crimes like robberies or corruption but it is unlikely that crime would diminish only that the target there of would change.

I strongly believe that moneyless world wouldn’t be better. People think that money is pure evil, but if money was gone, things wouldn’t really be better simply because world without money doesn’t make any sense.

Some people think that school and university should teach the knowledge and skills needed in the world of work. Other say that schools and universities should teach knowledge for its own sake, without worrying about future professional needs. What do you think should be the main function of schools and universities?

Over the years, there has been much debate about the true aim of education. Should schools prepare students for work, or should the objective be something different? To my mind, the answer isn’t straightforward. I am convinced that we should not train students in professional skills. We should prepare students for future life itself.

First and foremost, in my opinion, the goal of education should be to help students to become independent thinkers and learners. The essential idea is to help young people to think creatively so that they can respond to future challenges and problems in a positive and constructive way.

Furthermore, if students are trained in professional skills at a very young age, we are limiting their future career possibilities. I believe it is far more worthwhile to give students general tools and strategies at school and university which they can apply to any job in any particular field. After all, companies can always train employees after school or university.

Some people claim that knowledge that is not directly relevant to the world of work serves no purpose. I believe there is no evidence to support this view. How can we know exactly which pieces of information any particular student will need in the future? By giving a broad education, including elements of all types of arts and sciences, we help students develop as complete people who can gradually start specializing in the subjects they are most interested in or best at.

To sum up, as far as I am concerned, schools and universities are not simply vocational colleges producing future bankers, mechanics or nurses. They are places where young people should be trained in life-long skills and strategies that help them develop and bring something positive to the society in general.

What is more important in education of children, punishment or award? People who decide to have children are likely to not be aware of the difficulty of bringing them up. After a couple of years, they find out that they are to choose the method of raising their offsprings:a penalty or an award? In both cases they can suffer the consequences. As far as I am concerned, I would rather reward my child than punish him/her.

Due to the fact that children are partial to sweets or toys, their parents can take advantage of this observation and create an „award system”. This, undoubtedly, will make their relationship more clear and logical. From child, they know what is worthwhile and what is worthless. A child repeats majority of good behaviours and he/she assures in them. Not only do parents create a positive atmosphere, but they also are giving an example for their children. As a result, they have so strong relationship that it cannot be destroyed even in adolescence, the age of rebelling, of their children.

Moreover, children have far stronger motivation to reach their aims as well as an assurance of parents love and proud. An award is sometimes said to be spoiling children, but assigning a penalty is a similar story. Wise parents more often will choose this method which definitely does less harm to their offspring.

To sum up, if somebody asked me, I would choose rewarding children rather than punishing them. I also state that punishment has a lot of sad consequences and is not a reason to motivate children at all.

Various studies have proven that art stimulates our brain and improves our memory. Children who learn about art are better at problem-solving and critical thinking, and such skills are invaluable not only in school but also in life in general. 

Moreover, we cannot forget about the power of imagination and emotional expression. A lot of adults do not know how to cope with their feelings or how to communicate them. Art not only provides a safe space that we can escape to in times of trouble, but also gives us tools to understand life. 

In addition to this, I don’t think anyone could imagine our existence without art, music or literature. Art helps us navigate through life and enjoy it a bit more at the same time.

O czym pamiętać pisząc opinion essay, opinion essay — schemat.

Rozprawka for and against (czyli za i przeciw) polega na przedstawieniu argumentów za i przeciw na zadany temat bez wyrażania własnej opinii. W rozwinięciu warto przedstawić dwa lub trzy argumenty za i przeciw i poprzeć je przykładami. Dopiero na koniec, po podsumowaniu tematu, możemy wspomnieć o naszej osobistej opinii. 

Opinion essay , czyli rozprawka z opinią, opiera się na naszej osobistej opinii, którą nakreślamy już na samym początku. Skupiamy się na przekonaniu czytelnika do naszej tezy. Możemy odwołać się do kontrargumentów, ale nie jest to konieczne. 

Pamiętaj o odpowiednim stylu (pół-formalny). Staraj się używać zaawansowane konstrukcje gramatyczne i słownictwo. Nie używaj skrótów czy wyrażeń potocznych. 

Już na samym początku postaw swoją tezę i nie zmieniaj jej. Nie ważne jest czy naprawdę tak uważasz. Wybierz stronę argumentu, którą jesteś w stanie poprzeć lepszymi argumentami. 

Najlepiej, żeby Twoja rozprawka składała się z 4-5 akapitów. Zazwyczaj wymagane jest około 250 słów. Rozprawka powinna składać się ze wstępu, w którym stawiamy tezę, rozwinięcia (2-3 akapitów) i zakończenia. 

Zanim zaczniesz pisać tekst, zapisz sobie 2-3 argumenty, które rozwiniesz i zanotuj przydatne słownictwo.

Opinion Essay jak każda rozprawka angielska powinien składać się z trzech głównych części: wstępu, rozwinięcia i zakończenia. Wstęp powinno stanowić nakreślenie problemu wraz z ukazaniem naszego zdania na ten temat. Rozwinięcie powinno dzielić się na trzy akapity – w pierwszych dwóch powinniśmy przedstawić i krótko wyjaśnić argumenty potwierdzające naszą tezę, a w trzecim ukazać przeciwny punkt widzenia. Zakończenie powinno stanowić podsumowanie w którym zbieramy wszystko w całość, i utwierdzamy czytelnika w zdaniu że nasze argumenty były słuszne. Proporcje poszczególnych części wynosić powinny mniej więcej: 20% dla wstępu, 20% dla pierwszego i drugiego argumentu, 20% dla kontrargumentu oraz 20% dla zakończenia.

Rozwinięcie

Rozwinięcie składa się z trzech akapitów. Pierwszy i drugi służy do przedstawienia dwóch najważniejszych argumentów przemawiających za naszą tezą wraz z ich uzasadnieniem – inaczej niż w przypadku rozprawki typu For and Against, gdzie jedynie wymienialiśmy i pokrótce opisywaliśmy dane argumenty. Trzeci akapit służy do przedstawienia jednego, najważniejszego kontrargumentu, którzy mogliby podać przeciwnicy naszej tezy. Opisujemy go i wyjaśniamy, starając się przy tym go nieco zbagatelizować tak aby nasze argumenty były mocniejsze.

Zakończenie

W zakończeniu podsumowujemy rozprawkę powtarzając naszą opinię ze wstępu, z tym że teraz jest ona poparta argumentami z rozwinięcia.

Information will soon be so easy to find on the internet that people will not need to remember anything. Do you agree?

Nowadays all the information we could ever need is available online and some people say that means the end of having to learn anything.

It is true that these days everything you want to know is a few clicks away as long as you have internet access. However, not everyone has working internet all the time, for example in certain buildings or remote locations, so we do need to be able to remember information. Moreover, it takes time to look up everything you need to know online, whereas remembering something is immediate. The human memory is a much more efficient system.

Another problem is the quality of the information online. How do we know if it is accurate or reliable? We need to think about other facts we know and remember how to compare information from different websites. Knowing (and remembering) how to find certain information will be more important than knowing the information itself.

Finally, the internet is a good tool but it is not a useful replacement for our brains. If we did not remember anything, we would all spend even more time on our phones and computers than we already do, which is not good for society.

In conclusion, the internet offers us many things but it is still important to use our knowledge and memories. We need our memories to function without the internet and we also need to know how to use the internet properly.

It is quite obvious that our brains are limited and restricted with space constraints. Hence, this technology of information storage will drastically replace these drawbacks. Overall, this phenomenal trend of networking has provided a seamless mode of gathering, interpreting and storing information. At the same time, the consequences will be tremendous and noticeable as it will lead to an era where in people across the globe can surf and search their expected piece of data with-in no time. Practically, they don’t have to bother about any challenges related to failure of storage elements. Finally, this pattern of information storage is promisingly going to be accepted.

I think the use of the internet is not only in conflict with learning, but It has made the speed of learning faster and more comfortable.

On the one hand, With the advent of the internet and access to data whenever we want, we were able to free our minds from memorizing a lot of unnecessary data. It caused that instead of spending our time to remember the formulas and data, we use our time for a deeper understanding of the concepts. Concentration on understanding was a big step in order to make us more clear about how to apply scientific concepts practically, and It made the evolutionary process of turning scientific concepts into experimental tests go faster. Going through this evolutionary process quickly, in turn, caused, firstly, the faster growth of modern technologies and, secondly, the creation of many new data, concepts, and sciences. And now the data volume is so much that not only you can never remember or learn them, but you have to choose the best one that works for you. Somehow, the internet has changed how to learn. It has focused on analyzing the options and choosing the best one to learn Instead of memorizing a bunch of content.

On the other hand, Theoretically speaking, One of the laws In the world is that everything can be useful or harmful in turn. This law also applies to the internet. In fact, how to use the internet determines whether it is useful or harmful. Like many other tools that have been invented such as smartphones, smartwatches, electric cars, and so on we have spent time learning how to use them. In order to get the best out of the internet and don't waste our time, we must take the time to learn how to search. The searching skill is the most important one that helps us find better results.

In conclusion, Given the two analyzed reasons above, I agree with the idea that easy access to Information makes people get rid of memorizing lots of data. But this has nothing to do with the quality or quantity of learning.

I think it depends on the type of information. Some information are easier to remember, and hence it's more efficient to have them in memory instead of looking for them online. However, some complex information is offered online, and it will be impractical if we tried to remember it. Additionally, I believe that learning is not just about acquiring knowledge. It's about learning how to think with this knowledge available and solve problems efficiently. That's why the internet is considered a valuable tool to promote learning, not to replace it.

Nowadays we are witnesses how far technology has developed in a short time. A huge of information is backing up on internet and if you have access of surfing you can find any information that you are looking for. However, there are some relevant aspects that should be taking into account when we are talking about using always internet instead of learning. In this sense, the purpose of this essay will be to explain why it is not a good idea. Firstly, as you know, most of the information on internet is fake. For that reason, it is impossible the learning process can be replaced by internet use. If you are looking for reliable information you have to learn how it works. In other words you need of learning even if you want to use internet all the time because you have to discern what of all information is useful for you purpose. To sum up learning and knowledge are fundamentals in a current world that is demanding professionals highly qualified even in our daily live and the internet is far away of satisfying the required skills that you get every day through the practice, research and networking.

I think it become worse and dangerous for our society, we need to control it making rules. Without internet, many skills and knowledge could´nt be used.

I believe that, The internet become even more dangerous for young people who barely discovered the world around them, If they count on it for seeking information without parental supervision, it would be a disaster!

In nowadays,there are many ways to reach information.The Internet is just one of them but maybe most promising one.The Internet helps us to find information easily and efficently.

However there are some negative sides of Internet.For instance realibilty of information.There are no real control on Internet.I reckon there will not be soon.This reduces the trust in internet.This is why People will always need another source to be make sure and need to remember information.

It is also necesseray for objectivity. You can not just have one source and expect true and impartial information. It is against nature of science.This is not how science works.People must have and process the information.In this way we expand our knowledge.When we make brainstorm we always end up with another information. It is about my hometown: My hometown is a beautiful, attractive and cool. N'beika is one of the most famous places in Mauritania where attractive views and economic capacities are in. It is located in Tagant which is in middle of the map. Therefore, It is one the biggest cities in the country. As there are interesting geographical features such as: high Mountains, nice valleys, light hills and wonderful pools. Historically, N'beika played an important role in culture, trade exchange and fighting colonialist. Also it has saved historical landmarks, for example: manuscripts, books and cities which the most important is Gasr Albarka. In the north, there have tourist views and in the East big mountains with lovely valleys like Matmata where there are some Alligators in and other attractive animals. As well as from the south and the west there are some fields, forests and farms. Moreover, people are interested in agriculture, trade, development and education. Furthermore, there are many schools and Mahidras and three colleges providing well-deserved education to students. What's more, mall shops is offering demands and created jobs for unemployment. There are different favourite for people , some of them are crazy about football as youth, and some people like doing agriculture and development. Moreover, there are entrepreneurs doing a small business like selling clothes, pitch, barbershop... etc. In conclusion, N'beika is a gift of Allah that has given to people to spend nice moments in order to feel happy and to invest for everything we want due to gain lots of money .
