कबड्डी एक सस्ता, सरल और स्वास्थय वर्धक खेल है। इसके लिए किसी भी तरह के सामान की जरूरत नहीं है। पहले कबड्डी सिर्फ पंजाब में खेला जाता था लेकिन अब पूरे भारत के साथ साथ पड़ोसी देश नेपाल, पाकिस्तान, श्रीलंका आदि में भी खेला जाता है। इसको भारत के अलग अलग हिस्से में अलग अलग नाम से खेला जाता है। यह लगभग 4000 साल पुराना खेल है जिसका जिकर महाभारत में भी किया गया है।कबड्डी के खेल के लिए ताकत और समझदारी दोनों की जरूरत होती है।

कबड्डी के खेल में दो टीमें होती है और दोनों में ही 7-7 सदस्य होते हैं। क्बड्डी के मैदान का माप लगभग 13 मीटर गुणा 10 मीटर होता है। इस मैदान के बीचों बीच लाईन खींची जाती है और मैदान को दो हिस्सों में बाँट दिया जाता है जिसे पाला कहते हैं। मैदान में प्रवेश करने के बाद टॉस किया जाता है और जितने वाली टीम को दुसरे पाले में जाकर खिलाड़ी को हाथ लगाकर वापिस आना होता है। जो व्यक्ति दुसरे पाले में जाता है उसे रेडर कहते हैं और जो खिलाड़ी उसे पकड़ने का प्रयास करते हैं उन्हें स्टापर कहते हैं। अगर खिलाड़ी दुसरे पाले में जाकर वहाँ के किसी खिलाड़ी को छू कर वापिस आता है तो उसे अंक मिलता है और जिस खिलाड़ी को उसने छुआ है वह कुछ देर के लिए मैदान से बाहर हो जाता है। यदि दुसरे पाले के खिलाड़ी रेडर को पकड़ लेते है तो उन्हें अंक मिलता है और पकड़ा जाने वाला व्यक्ति कुछ देर के लिए मैदान से बाहर हो जाता है। क्बड्डी का खेल 20-20 मिनट के दो दौर में खेला जाता है और बीच में पाँच मिनट का ब्रेक लिया जाता है जिसमें दोनों टीमों के पाले बदले जाते हैं।

कबड्डी बांग्लादेश का राष्ट्रीय खेल है। कबड्डी को अब एशियाई खेलों में भी सम्मलित किया गया है जिसकी वजह से वह विदेशों में भी प्रिय खेल बन गया है। कबड्डी के बहुत से खेल खेले जाते है जो कि वजन पर आधारित है। कबड्डी प्रो लीग जैसे कई अलग अलग तरह के खेल खेले जाते हैं। 2004 से कबड्डी का विश्व कप भी खेला जा रहा है और अब तक के सभी विश्व कप में भारत ने जीत हासिल की है।

कबड्डी हमारे देश का पुराना और प्रसिद्ध खेल है। यह खेल छोटे-छोटे गाँव से लेकर बड़े-बड़े शहरों में खेला जाता है , स्कूल, कॉलेजऔर अन्य शिक्षा संस्थानों में कबड्डी का खेल बहुत उत्साह के साथ के जाता है। इस खेल की सबसे अच्छी बात है कि खेलने के लिए अधिक विशाल मैदान की ज़रूरत नहीं पड़ती है।

कबड्डी दो टीमों के बीच खेला जाता है जिसमे 7-7 खिलाड़ी शामिल होते हैं। आमतौर पर कबड्डी का मैदान 13 मीटर लंबा और 10 मीटर चौड़ा होता है। इस मैदान के बीच में एक सीधी रेखा खींच कर मैदान को दो बराबर भागों में बाँट दिया जाता है। जिसमे एक टीम रेखा के इस पार और दूसरी टीम रेखा के उस पार रहती है।

कबड्डी खेलने का समय अंतराल 40 मिनट का होता है जिसमें दोनों टीमों को 20-2 मिनट समय दिया जाता है। प्रत्येक 20 मिनट के बाद 5 मिनट का ब्रेक लिया जाता है इस दौरान दोनों टीम के पालो को बदल दिया जाता है। खेल शुरू करने से पहले सिक्का उछालकर टॉस किया जाता है जो टीम टॉस जीतती है उसके खिलादे को सबसे पहले सामने वाले टीम के पाले में जाने का मौका मिलता है।

कबड्डी खेलने वाला प्रत्येक खिलाड़ी को हर पल चौकन्ना रहता है ताकि उसे कोई आउट ना कर दे। इस खेल में खिलाड़ी कबड्डी- कबड्डी बोलते हुए अपने विरोधी टीम के पाले में जाता है और विरोधी टीम के खिलाड़ियों को छूकर मध्य रेखा को छूना पड़ता होता है। अगर खिलाड़ी ऐसा करने में सफल हो जाता है तो विपक्ष टीम के जितने भी खिलाड़ियों को छुआ है वो सभी आउट हो जायेंगे।

जो खिलाड़ी अपनी विरोधी टीम के दूसरे पाले में जाता है। उसे रेडर कहते है। रेडर बिना रुके कबड्डी-कबड्डी बोलते हुए विरोधी टीम के पाले में जाता है अगर वह अपने पाले में वापस आने से पहले ही कबड्डी-कबड्डी बोलना बंद कर दे तो उसे आउट कर दिया जाता है।

खिलाड़ी को अपनी सांस को रोककर कबड्डी , कबड्डी बोलते हुए विरोधी टीम के खिलाड़ियों को छूकर आउट करना पड़ता है। विरोधी टीम के सभी खिलाड़ी मिलकर उसे पकड़ने का पूरा प्रयास करते हैं ताकि वह कबड्डी-कबड्डी बोलना छोड़ दे और मध्य रेखा को छू ना पाए। अगर खिलाडी अपने पाले में वापस आने से पहले ही कबड्डी कहना बंद कर देता है तो वह आउट हो जाता है। यह सिलसिला ऐसे ही चलता रहता है जब तक की किसी एक टीम के सभी खिलाडी आउट नहीं होते।

मेरा प्रिय खेल कबड्डी है और मुझे यह खेल खेलना बहुत अधिक पसंद है. मैं और मेरे दोस्त रोज हमारे घर के पास बने मैदान में जाकर कबड्डी खेलते है.

मेरी स्कूल में भी हमारे खेल के शिक्षक द्वारा कबड्डी खेलना सिखाया जाता है पिछले साल हमारी टीम ने कबड्डी के मैच में गोल्ड मेडल जीता था. मेरा लक्ष्य है कि मैं बड़ा होकर भारत की तरफ से कबड्डी खेल में एशियाई खेलों में खेलने जाऊं. मै कबड्डी का सबसे अच्छा खिलाड़ी बनना चाहता हूं.

Kabaddi खेलने के लिए एक छोटे मैदान की आवश्यकता होती है और दो कबड्डी टीमों की आवश्यकता होती है कबड्डी में प्रत्येक टीम में 7-7 खिलाड़ी होते है.

कबड्डी के मैदान के बीचो बीच सफेद रंग की एक रेखा खींची जाती है जो कि दोनों टीमों के पाले को इंगित करती है. खेल खेलने से पहले सभी खेलों की तरह सिक्का उछाल के टॉस किया जाता है जीतने वाली टीम पहले खेलती है.

कबड्डी खेलने के लिए शरीर में स्फूर्ति और चपलता की जरूरत होती है यह शतरंज की तरह ही दिमाग से खेले जाने वाला खेल है.

इस खेल में एक टीम का एक खिलाड़ी विपक्षी टीम के पाले में कबड्डी शब्द का उच्चारण करते हुए जाता है और वह विपक्षी टीम के खिलाड़ियों को छूकर वापस अपने पाले में आने का प्रयास करता है

अगर वह इसमें सफल हो जाता है तो उसकी टीम को 1 पॉइंट मिल जाता है और वह ऐसा नहीं कर पाता है तो विपक्षी टीम को 1 पॉइंट मिल जाता है.

इस खेल को खेलने के लिए 20 मिनट का टाइम निश्चित किया जाता है लेकिन यह टाइम कम ज्यादा भी किया जा सकता है. यह खेल देखने में जितना साधारण लगता है खेलने में उतना ही कठिन है. इस खेल को खेलने से हमारे शरीर में रक्त संचार बढ़ जाता है और साथ ही हमारे स्वास्थ्य भी अच्छा रहता है.

यह खेल हमें अनुशासन में रहना सिखाता है इस खेल को खेलने से भाईचारे की भावना पैदा होती है शायद इसीलिए इस खेल को भारत में प्राचीन काल से ही खेला जाता रहा है. Kabaddi को हमारे देश में अलग-अलग नामों से जाना जाता है जैसे दक्षिण भारत में “चेडुगुडु” और पूर्वी भारत में “हु तू तू” के नाम से भी जानते है.

प्राचीन काल में बच्चों को बाहर खेलना बहुत पसंद था. खेल दो प्रकार के होते है एक इनडोर और एक आउटडोर. आउटडोर खेल वे होते है जो मैदानों में खुले में खेले जाते है इनमें कबड्डी, खो-खो, फुटबॉल, हॉकी, क्रिकेट, भाग दौड़, पिट्टू आदि खेल खेलें जाते है. इन खेलों को खेलने से शरीर की कसरत भी हो जाती थी और शरीर तंदुरुस्त बना रहता है.

मैदानों में खेले जाने वाले खेलों से सोचने समझने की क्षमता का विकास होता है. खेल खेलने से शरीर हष्ट पुष्ट रहता है और किसी प्रकार का आलस्य नहीं होता है इससे हमारे जीवन में खेलों का महत्व और बढ़ जाता है.

मुझे सभी खेल खेलने पसंद है लेकिन मेरा सबसे प्रिय खेल कबड्डी है. कबड्डी खेलना मुझे बहुत पसंद है कबड्डी हमारे देश का लोकप्रिय गेम है जो कि पुराने जमाने से खेला जाता आ रहा है. मैं एक छोटे गांव में रहता हूं तो यहां पर सबसे सस्ता और अच्छा खेल कबड्डी है.

मेरे सभी दोस्तों को भी Kabaddi खेलना बहुत पसंद है हम रोज खेल के मैदान में जाकर इस खेल को खेलते है. इस खेल को खेलने के लिए शरीर में स्फूर्ति होनी आवश्यक है और साथ ही सोचने की क्षमता भी अधिक होनी चाहिए.

हम कबड्डी इसलिए खेलते हैं क्योंकि एक तो यह हमें सबसे अच्छा लगता है और साथ ही इससे हमारा शारीरिक और मानसिक विकास में होता है. हमारी स्कूल और कॉलेज में प्रतिवर्ष कबड्डी के राज्य और जिला स्तर पर मैच होते है.

इस खेल को खेलने से हमारा मन भी शांत रहता है और दिमाग भी तेजी से काम करता है हमारे देश में प्राचीन काल से ही खेला जाता रहा है इस खेल को गांव में ज्यादा खेला जाता है क्योंकि इसमें किसी प्रकार खर्चा नहीं होता है.

कबड्डी खेलने का तरीका –

कबड्डी खेलने के लिए एक मैदान की आवश्यकता होती है वह मैदान कैसा भी हो सकता है चाहे वह मिट्टी का हो या फिर छोटी घास वाला मैदान.

कबड्डी खेलने के लिए इसमें 2 टीम होती है जिनमें 7 – 7 खिलाड़ी होते है.

इस खेल में मैदान दो बराबर हिस्सों में बंटा होता है जिसके बीचो-बीच एक लाइन बना दी जाती है दोनों हिस्सों को आम भाषा में “पाला” भी कहा जाता है.जिसके दोनों तरफ दोनों टीमों के खिलाड़ी आ जाते है फिर अन्य खेलों की तरह ही इस में टॉस किया जाता है जो भी टीम टॉस जीतती है

उस दिन का खिलाड़ी दूसरे टीम के पाले में कबड्डी-कबड्डी का उच्चारण करते हुए जाता है और अगर वह खिलाड़ी दूसरे टीम के किसी खिलाड़ी को हाथ लगाकर वापस अपने पाले में आ जाता है तो उस टीम को 1 पॉइंट मिल जाता है और अगर वह खिलाड़ी ऐसा नहीं कर पाता है तो दूसरी टीम को 1 पॉइंट मिल जाता है.

इस प्रकार जो भी टीम अधिक पॉइंट हासिल करती है वही टीम जीत जाती है.

दोनों कबड्डी टीमों में 5-6 स्टापर (पकड़ने में माहिर खिलाड़ी) और 4-5 रेडर (छूकर भागने में माहिर) खिलाड़ी होते है.

पुराने जमाने में कबड्डी को खेलने के लिए कुछ अधिक नियम नहीं थे लेकिन जब से इस खेल को एशियाई खेलों का हिस्सा बनाया है तब से इसमें कुछ नियम बना दिए गए है वह इस प्रकार है –

(1) कबड्डी खेलने के लिए 13 मीटर लंबे और 10 मीटर चौड़े मैदान की आवश्यकता होती है.

(2) कबड्डी का मैदान मिट्टी और घास का बना हो सकता है.

(3) इस खेल को खेलने के लिए दो टीम की आवश्यकता होती है दोनों टीमों में 7 – 7 खिलाड़ी होते है.

(4) इस खेल को खेलने की समय अवधि 20 मिनट होती है इन 20 मिनट में जो भी टीम सबसे ज्यादा पॉइंट बनाती है वह विजयी घोषित की जाती है.

(5) इस खेल को खेलने के लिए अन्य सभी खेलों की तरह सबसे पहले टॉस किया जाता है टॉस में जीतने वाली टीम सबसे पहले खेलती है.

(6) कबड्डी खेलने वाले खिलाड़ी को दूसरी टीम के पाले में जाते समय कबड्डी शब्द का उच्चारण करते रहना पड़ता है अगर वह कबड्डी शब्द बोलना भूल जाता है या फिर बोलते बोलते अटक जाता है तो उस खिलाड़ी को आउट कर दिया जाता है.

(7) कबड्डी मैदान में खिलाड़ी के बाहर जाने पर भी खिलाड़ी को आउट मान लिया जाता है.

(8) कबड्डी खेल का आयोजन उम्र और वजन के आधार पर किया जाता है.

कबड्डी का इतिहास – History of Kabaddi in Hindi

कबड्डी खेल मुख्य रूप से भारत और इसके आसपास के देशों में खेला जाता है लेकिन जब से कबड्डी को एशियाई खेलों में स्थान दिया गया है तब से यह खेल जापान और कोरिया जैसे देशों में भी खेला जाने लगा है.

कबड्डी खेल जितना भारत में प्रसिद्ध है उतना ही नेपाल बांग्लादेश पाकिस्तान श्रीलंका आदि देशो में भी यह बहुत प्रसिद्ध खेल है. कबड्डी खेल बांग्लादेश का राष्ट्रीय खेल है. लेकिन ऐसा माना जाता है कि कबड्डी खेल की उत्पत्ति भारत देश से ही हुई है.

कबड्डी का सबसे पहला विश्वकप वर्ष 2004 में खेला गया था उसके बाद से 2007 और 2010 और 2012 में खेला जाता रहा है. इस खेल को 1990 से ही एशियाई खेलों में खेला जाता रहा है इसमें हर बार हमारे भारत की टीम ही विजयी रही है.

Kabaddi World Cup 2004, 2007, 2016 में खेला गया था. South Asian Games – 2006, 2010, 2016 में खेला गया था.

Kabaddi Asia Cup 2017 में और Dubai Kabaddi Masters 2018 में खेला गया है इन सभी खेलों के आयोजन में हमारी भारतीय टीम हर बार विजयी रही है जो कि एक विश्व रिकॉर्ड है.

कबड्डी खेल मैदान में खेले जाने वाला सबसे अच्छा खेल है. हम सभी को यह खेल खेलना चाहिए. कबड्डी खेल हमारी सेहत को अच्छा बनाए रखता है साथ ही जीवन में आने वाली परेशानियों से भी डटकर मुकाबला करना सिखाता है.

संजीवनी प्रकार के कबड्डी में खिलाड़ियों के आउट होने के बाद पुनर्जीवन अर्थात फिर से मौका देने का नियम होता है। यह मुख्य रूप से 40 मिनट का होता है जिसके दौरान 5 मिनट का हाफ मिलता है।

पंजाबी प्रकार के कबड्डी में एक गोल सीमा का प्रयोग किया जाता है जिसका व्यास 72 फिट होता है। पंजाबी कबड्डी के तीन प्रारूप है जिसमें गूंगी कबड्डी, सौंची कबड्डी और लंबी कबड्डी को शामिल किया जाता है।

अमर स्टाइल कबड्डी में कोई समयावधि तय नहीं होती तथा इसका प्रकार संजीवनी कबड्डी की तरह ही होता है। लेकिन खिलाड़ी को आउट होने के बाद जीवनदान प्राप्त नहीं होता।

जैमिनी स्टाइल की कबड्डी में दोनों दलों में सात -सात खिलाड़ी होते हैं। लेकिन इसमें किसी भी खिलाड़ी को जीवनदान नहीं मिलता यानी अगर वह एक बार आउट हो जाए तो उसे मैदान के बाहर जाना पड़ता है। इस तरह के मैच में भी समय की कोई पाबंदी नहीं होती।

कबड्डी को पहली बार सन 1938 में कोलकाता के नेशनल गेम्स में शामिल किया गया था। जिसके बाद सन् 1950 में ऑल इंडिया कबड्डी फेडरेशन की स्थापना की गई और कबड्डी में उपयोग किए जाने वाले सभी मुख्य नियमों का गठन भी किया गया।

कुछ सालों बाद ऑल इंडिया कबड्डी फेडरेशन को एमेच्योर कबड्डी फेडरेशन ऑफ इंडिया में तब्दील कर दिया गया तथा पुनर्गठन के बाद इसका पहला राष्ट्रीय टूर्नामेंट चेन्नई में 1972 में खेला गया।

जापान से आए हुए प्रवासी इस खेल से प्रभावित होकर इसे जापान में भी प्रचलित किया। जिसके बाद बांग्लादेश, श्रीलंका और अन्य छोटे देशों ने भी इसे अपनाया तथा अपने राष्ट्रीय स्तर के खेलों में शामिल किया।

कबड्डी खेल में पहली बार एशियन चैंपियनशिप की स्थापना सन 1980 में की गई जिसमें भारत ने बांग्लादेश को हराकर अपना कीर्तिमान स्थापित किया।

सन 2004 में पहली बार कबड्डी विश्वकप की स्थापना शुरू हुई। पूरे विश्व में जितने भी विश्वकप हुए हैं वह सभी भारत ने ही जीते हैं।

कबड्डी खेल में सन 2012 में पहली महिला विश्व कप चैंपियनशिप का आयोजन किया गया जिसमें भारतीय महिला टीम ने भी भाग लिया था।

भारत में कबड्डी को बढ़ावा देने के लिए भारतीय कबड्डी प्रो लीग 26 जुलाई सन 2014 में शुरू की गई जिसमें कबड्डी से जुड़े टैलेंटेड खिलाड़ियों ने अपना दबदबा कायम किया।

कबड्डी में किसी भी खिलाड़ी का उद्देश्य विरोधी दल के खेमे में जाकर एक नियमित अंतराल के अंतर्गत उन्हें छू कर वापस आना होता है। उन्हें ऐसा करने से रोकने के लिए विपक्षी दल भी अपने पूरे खेमे के साथ उन्हें दबोच लेने का प्रयास करता है।

इस खेल में किसी भी खिलाड़ी का दूसरे दल पर धावा बोलना रेड कहलाता है। जिसमें खिलाड़ी सांस को रोक कर विपक्षी खेमे में शामिल होता है।

कबड्डी का हर मैच 40 मिनट का होता है तथा किसी भी रेड के लिए खिलाड़ी के पास मात्र 30 सेकंड होते हैं जिसमें वह सांस रोककर कबड्डी-कबड्डी शब्द को दोहराता रहता है।

रेडर द्वारा विपक्षी खेमे में रेड करने के बाद विपक्षी खेमे के बचाव में रहे खिलाड़ियों को डिफेंडर कहा जाता है। अगर रेडर सफलतापूर्वक डिफेंडर को छूकर अपने खेमे में वापस आता है तो उसे टच पॉइंट दिए जाते हैं।

अगर कोई भी रेडर विपक्षी खेमे में 6 या 6 से अधिक खिलाड़ियों के रहते हुए बोनस लाइन को छूकर वापस आता है तो उसे दिए गए प्वाइंट को बोनस प्वाइंट कहा जाता है।

विपक्षी खिलाड़ी अगर किसी भी रेडर को 30 सेकंड तक बिना कोई पॉइंट लिए कोर्ट में रहने के लिए मजबूर कर देता है तो विपक्षी दल को 1 पॉइंट मिलता है।

जब किसी दल के सभी खिलाड़ी आउट होकर मैदान से बाहर हो जाते हैं तो उन्हें ऑलआउट कहा जाता है और ऑल आउट करने वाले पक्ष के खिलाड़ियों को अतिरिक्त बोनस प्वाइंट दिए जाते हैं।

कबड्डी में बिना लाइन छुए वापस आने वाले रेड को एम्प्टी रेड तथा तीन या तीन से ज्यादा खिलाड़ियों को आउट करने पर सुपर रेड देकर अतिरिक्त बोनस प्वाइंट दिए जाते हैं।

इसके अलावा कम डिफेंडर खिलाड़ियों के साथ किसी भी रेडर को सफलतापूर्वक पकड़ लेने पर सुपर टैकल देकर अतिरिक्त पॉइंट दिया जाता है।

कबड्डी का कोई भी मैच टाई हो जाने पर 7 मिनट के अतिरिक्त मैच खेले जाते हैं जो दो भागों में बटें होते हैं। एक कबड्डी दल में सात खिलाड़ियों को खेलने की अनुमति होती है।

कबड्डी गाँव के लोगों में सबसे लोकप्रिय खेल है और यह वहाँ पर सबसे ज्यादा खेला जाता है। यह बहुत ही सस्ता और लाभप्रद खेल है। यह ताकत और बुद्धिमता दोनों से खेला जाता है। इसके लिए किसी विशेष मैदान की जरूरत नहीं है और न हीं कोई खेल का सामान चाहिए होता है। इस खेल में मैदान के बीचों बीच एक लाईन खींचकर मैदान को दों भागों में बाँट दिया जाता है जिसे पाला कहते हैं। इसमें दो टीमें होती है और प्रत्येक टीम में 7-7 खिलाड़ी होते हैं।

मैदानों के मध्य में लाइन खींची जाती है और मैदानों को दो भाग में विभाजित कर दिया जाता है। खिलाड़ियों के मैदान में प्रवेश करने के बाद टॉस किया जाता है और जितने वाली टीम को दूसरे पाले में जाकर खिलाड़ी को छूकर मध्य रेखा के पार वापस आना होता है या फिर रेखा को छूना होता है।

वही जो खिलाड़ी दूसरे पाले में जाता है। उसे रेडर के नाम से जाना जाता है। रेडर जब ही दूसरे पाले में जाता है, तो उसे बिना रुके कबड्डी शब्द का उच्चारण करना होता है। अगर खिलाडी अपने पाले में वापस आने से पहले कबड्डी कहना बंद कर दे तो वो खिलाडी खेल से बाहर हो जाता है।

खेल के दौरान जो खिलाड़ी दूसरे खिलाड़ी को पकड़ने का प्रयास करते है, उन्हे स्टॉपर के नाम से पुकारते है। कबड्डी खेलते समय खिलाड़ी को दूसरे पाले में जाकर मैदान के किसी खिलाड़ी को छूकर लौटना होता है। खिलाडी जितने खिलाड़ियों को छूकर आएगा उतने खिलाडी खेल से बाहर हो जाते है।

अगर खिलाडी छूकर लौटने मे सफल होता है, तो ऐसे में उसके टीम को अंक मिलता है, साथ ही उसके टीम से बाहर गया खिलाडी भी लौट आता है। मतलब की अगर एक खिलाडी आगे वाले टीम से बाहर होता है, तो दूसरे टीम का खिलाडी अंदर आता है।

यह सिलसिला तब तक चलता है जब तक की किसी एक टीम के सभी खिलाडी बहार नहीं जाते। अगर ऐसा होता है तो आगे वाले टीम को इसके लिए ३ अंक मिलते है और सभी खिलाडी आउट हुए टीम के सभी खिलाडी वापस मैदान पर आ जाते है।

यही नहीं अगर दूसरे पाले के खिलाड़ी रेडर को पकड़ लेते है, तो उन्हें भी अंक मिलता है और पकड़ा जाने वाला खिलाड़ी मैदान से बाहर कर दिया जाता है। कबड्डी खेलने के लिए समय सीमा 20-20 याने की पूरी ४० मिनट की होती है।

इसे दो दौरे में खेला जाता हैं। खिलाड़ी को बीच में पांच मिनट का विराम दिया जाता है। उसके बाद दोनो टीम के पाले बदले जाते है। और समय के आखिर में जिस टीम के पास सबसे ज्यादा अंक होते है वह टीम खेल जित जाती है।

कबड्डी विश्व कप खेल का आयोजन

बांग्लादेश का राष्ट्रीय खेल कबड्डी है। इस खेल को वर्तमान समय में एशियाई खेलों में भी शामिल किया गया है। यही कारण है कि विदेशों में भी यह खेल काफी मशहूर हो गया है। कबड्डी के और भी अन्य बहुत से खेल खेले जाते है, जोकि वजन आधारित होते है।

2004 से कबड्डी का विश्व कप भी खेला जाने लगा है और अब तक सभी विश्व कप खेलो में भारत ने ही विश्व कप जीते है।

महिलाए भी खेलती है कबड्डी खेल

इस खेल में पहले पुरुष खिलाड़ी ही भाग लेते थे। लेकिन आज के समय महिलाएं भी इस खेल में दिलचस्पी ले रही है। नतीजा वो भी कबड्डी में बड़ चढ़ भाग लेने के साथ नाम और शौहरत कमा रही है। महिला प्रतिभागी का पहला विश्व कप पंजाब में 2012 में खेला गया था।

कबड्डी भारत का सबसे पुराना खेल है। क्रिकेट, हॉकी, फुटबॉल जैसे खेलों के बीच कबड्डी मेरा प्रिय खेल है। इसमें तेज दिमाग और चुस्त शरीर दोनों चाहिए। ‘कबड्डी’ सीधा-सादा खेल है जिसमें किसी विशेष सामान की भी आवश्यकता नहीं होती। खेल के मैदान के बीचों-बीच रेखा खींच, खिलाड़ियों को दो टीमों में बाँटा जाता है। पहली टीम का खिलाड़ी दूसरी टीम के पाले में ‘कबड्डी-कबड्डी’ कहता उनके एक खिलाड़ी को छूकर अपने पाले में वापिस आता है। साँस टूटने पर या उस टीम के किसी खिलाड़ी दवारा पकड़े जाने पर आउट माना जाता है। अधिक अंक बनाने वाली टीम विजयी होती है। भारत के गाँवों में यह खेल बहुत प्रसिद्ध है। मुझे भी यह खेल बहुत अच्छा लगता है।

हमारे स्वास्थ्य के लिए जितना खाना पीना जरूरी है उतना ही खेलना भी जरूरी है। प्रत्येक बच्चे के बचपन की शुरुआत खेल खेलने से ही होती है। आजकल भारत में.अनेक खेल खेले जाते हैं जैसे क्रिकेट, फुटबाल, हॉकी और कब्बडी इत्यादि। मुझे इन सब में सबसे अधिक अपना देशी खेल कब्बडी पसंद है। भारत में बहुत पुराने समय से कबड्डी लोकप्रिय खेल रहा है। ‘कबड्डी’ एक सुन्दर, सस्ता, सरल और स्वास्थ्यप्रद खेल है।

यह खेल ताकत और बुद्धिमत्ता का मिला – जुला संगम होता है। कबड्डी विशेष रूप से गाँव में ज्यादा खेला जाता है। कबड्डी खेल में मैदान के बीचों बीच एक लाईन खींचकर मैदान को दो भागों में बाँट दिया जाता है जिसे पाला कहते है। कबड्डी खेलने के लिए दो टीम होती है जिसमे 12-12 खिलाड़ी होते है लेकिन खेलते सिर्फ 7 खिलाड़ी ही हैं और बाकी के खिलाड़ी इसलिए होते हैं कि अगर किसी खिलाड़ी को चोट आ जाए तो उसकी जगह पर दूसरा खिलाड़ी खेल सके। अन्य खेलों जैसे क्रिकेट, हॉकी, फुटबॉल और वॉलीबोल आदि के लिये विशेष रूप से तैयार मैदान की आवश्यकता होती है जबकि कबड्डी के लिए किसी विशेष स्थान की जरूरत नहीं पड़ती। अन्य खेलों की तरह इसमें महंगे सामान और साधनों की आवश्यकता नहीं होती।

खेल आरम्भ होने पर एक ओर का खिलाड़ी कबड्डी – कबड्डी कहते हुए दूसरी ओर जाता है और निर्धारित समय में दूसरी ओर के खिलाड़ी को छूने की कोशिश करता है। यदि वह सुरक्षित लौट आता है तब विरोधी टीम के जितने भी खिलाड़ियों को उसने छुआ है वे सभी आउट माने जाते हैं। दूसरी ओर के खिलाड़ी उसे पकड़ने का प्रयत्न करते है। यदि दुसरी टीम के खिलाड़ी उसे उसके पाले में जाने से रोक ले तो वह ऑउट हो जाता है और दूसरी टीम को पॉइंट मिलता है।

कबड्डी भारत के कुछ महत्वपूर्ण खेलों में एक माना जाता है। यह भारत के पुरानी परंपरा से संबंध रखता है। इस खेल का वर्णन हिंदू धर्म के पवित्र किताब महाभारत में भी किया गया है। भारत में यह खेल कितने भी लोगों के बीच खेला जा सकता है। बस सभी लोगों को दो बराबर टीम में बांट दें और एक खुले मैदान के टुकड़े को दो हिस्सों में बांट दें और इस खेल को शुरू किया जा सकता है।

वही दूसरी ओर प्रतिबंधित टीम का यह कार्य होता है कि वह आए हुए व्यक्ति को बिना सांस छोड़ें जाने ना दें अगर टीम के लोग मिलकर उस व्यक्ति को दुबारा सांस लेने पर मजबूर कर देते है तो वह व्यक्ति आउट हो जाता है और सामने वाली टीम को अंक मिलते हैं।

जो व्यक्ति सामने वाले टीम के पाले में जाता है उसे रीडर कहते है और सामने वाली टीम के वह सदस्य जो इसे पकड़ने का प्रयास करते है उसे स्टंपर कहते है। रेडर को सामने वाली टीम के पाले में जाकर किसी व्यक्ति को छूकर वापस आने के लिए 1 मिनट का समय दिया जाता है अगर इस 1 मिनट में उसने सामने वाली टीम के किसी भी व्यक्ति को छूकर अपने घेरे में वापस आ जाता है।

उसने जिस व्यक्ति को छुआ होगा वह कुछ देर के लिए खेल से बाहर हो जाता है और रेडर के टीम को अंक मिलते है अगर प्रतिबंधी टीम के लोगों ने उस वक्ति को 1 मिनट तक अपने घेरे में पकड़ कर रख लिया तो वह व्यक्ति कुछ देर के लिए खेल से बाहर हो जाता है और उस टीम को अंक मिलता है।

कबड्डी के अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर नियम

यह खेल अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर जरा अलग तरीके से खेला जाता है। जैसा कि हमने आपको बताया यह खेल विभिन्न देशों में विभिन्न नाम से प्रचलित है इस वजह से हर देश में कुछ छोटे-मोटे नियम में बदलाव किए गए है इस वजह से अंतरराष्ट्रीय खेल है ऐसा बनाया गया है कि सभी लोगों को यह खेल समझ में आए और सही से फैसला किया जा सके।

अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर कबड्डी का मैदान 13 मीटर लंबा और 10 मीटर चौड़ा होता है। इस मैदान के बिल्कुल बीचोबीच एक सीधी रेखा खींच कर मैदान को दो बराबर हिस्से में विभाजित किया जाता है और दोनों और 7-7 लोगों की टीम खड़ी कर दी जाती है। मैच के शुरुआत में टॉस किया जाता है टॉस जीतने वाली टीम कि किसी एक सदस्य को सामने वाले टीम के घेरे में जाने का मौका मिलता है।

खेल खेलने का तरीका :

कबड्डी खेलना बहुत सरल है। कुछ खिलाड़ी दो भागों में बँट जाते हैं तथा नरम मिट्टी वाली या घास वाली खाली जगह को चुनकर कबड्डी का मैदान बना लिया जाता है। मैदान के बीच एक लम्बी रेखा खींचकर आधेआधे खिलाड़ी दोनों हिस्सों में खड़े कर दिए जाते हैं। फिर खेल प्रारम्भ होता है। एक दल का खिलाड़ी ‘कबड्डीकबड्डीबोलता हुआ दूसरे दल में जाता है। यदि वह खिलाड़ी बिना साँस तोड़े दूसरे दल के किसी भी खिलाड़ी को छूकर अपने पाले में लौट आता है तो छुआ हुआ खिलाड़ी आउट मान लिया जाता है लेकिन यदि ‘कबड्डीकबड्डी’ बोलतेबोलते उसकी साँस टूट जाए या फिर विपरीत दल का कोई खिलाड़ी उसे पकड़ ले, तो वह खिलाड़ी आउट माना जाता है। आउट खिलाड़ी को मैदान से बाहर बैठा दिया जाता हैजिस दल के सभी खिलाड़ी पहले आउट हो जाते हैं वह दल हारा हुआ मान लिया जाता है।

सावधानियाँ :

इस खेल को खेलते समय कुछ सावधानियाँ रखनी पड़ती है जैसे साँस के मरीज को इसे नहीं खेलना चाहिएजमीन पथरीली नहीं होनी चाहिए क्योंकि गिरने पर चोट लग सकती है।

खेल की उपयोगिता : सबसे पहले यह खेल निर्धन से निर्धन व्यक्ति भी खेल सकता है। इससे शरीर में चुस्ती तथा जीवन में उमंग आ जाती । इस खेल को खेलने से खिलाड़ियों में टीम भावना का विकास होता है। तथा मनोरंजन भी पूरा होता है।

आजकल नएनए विदेशी खेलों के आ जाने से इसकी लोकप्रियता में कमी आई है लेकिन क्रिकेटटेनिस जैसे मुँहगे खेल खेलना हर किसी के वश में नहीं है। इसलिए सरकार की ओर से इसे प्रोत्साहित किया जाना चाहिए। सरकारी तथा गैर सरकारी स्तरों पर बड़ेबड़े आयोजन किए जाने चाहिए। अच्छे खिलाड़ियों को प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए पुरस्कार स्वरूप धनराशि भी दी जानी चाहिए।

कबड्डी: जानिए भारत के 4000 वर्ष पुराने खेल का नियम

दुनिया के सबसे पुराने खेल कबड्डी के सामान्य नियम-कानून और स्कोरिंग का तरीका जानिए।

भारत का पारंपरिक खेल कबड्डी दुनिया का सबसे पुराना खेल है, जिसका इतिहास 4000 वर्ष पुराना है।

बर्लिन ओलंपिक 1936 में कबड्डी को प्रदर्शनी खेल के रूप में शामिल किया गया था। बीते कुछ वर्षों से कबड्डी की लोकप्रियता में बढ़ोत्तरी देखने को मिली है। साल 1951 और 1982 के एशियाई खेलों में प्रदर्शनी खेल के रूप में इसे शामिल किया गया और साल 1990 में इस खेल को स्थाई रूप से मेडल गेम के रूप में जगह मिल गई।

चीन के हांगझोऊ शहर में एशियाई खेल 2022 में कबड्डी मुख्य खेलों का हिस्सा है।

दर्शकों की निगाह से देखें तो कबड्डी तेज़ी, आक्रामकता और ताक़त का खेल है। भारत में साल 2014 में शुरु हुए फ्रेंचाइज़ी आधारित प्रो कबड्डी लीग ने इस खेल की लोकप्रियता को ग्लोबल स्तर तक पहुंचाने में योगदान दिया है।

जो लोग इस खेल के बारे में ज़्यादा नहीं जानते हैं और इसे खेलना चाहते हैं, तो उनको हम कबड्डी के नियमों और खेल को कैसे खेलना है जैसे सभी सवालों का जवाब यहां दे रहे हैं।

कबड्डी मैट की लंबाई-चौड़ाई और सीमा रेखा

कबड्डी को समझने के लिए सबसे पहले कबड्डी मैट की मूल बनावट को समझना होगा।

हालांकि पारंपरिक कबड्डी नरम मिट्टी पर खेली जाती है, लेकिन लोकप्रिय कबड्डी प्रतियोगिताएं वर्तमान में आयताकार गद्देदार कबड्डी मैट पर खेली जाती हैं।

कबड्डी मैट की लंबाई-चौड़ाई या यूं कहें आयाम टूर्नामेंट और आयु वर्ग के हिसाब से होती है, लेकिन सीनियर लेवल पर पुरुष पेशेवर कबड्डी स्पर्धाओं के लिए मैट ज्यादातर 13 मीटर लंबे और 10 मीटर चौड़े होते हैं, वहीं महिलाओं के लिए मैट की लंबाई 12 मीटर और चौड़ाई 8 मीटर होती है।

कबड्डी मैट पर चार आउटर लाइन होती हैं, जिसे सीमा रेखा अथवा अंतिम लाइन कहा जाता है। नियम के मुताबिक पूरा खेल सीमा रेखा के अंदर खेला जाना चाहिए।

आयताकार कोर्ट को एक रेखा खींचकर दो भागों में बांटा जाता है, जो मैट की सीमारेखा के समानांतर खींची जाती है।

प्रत्येक हाफ में मध्य रेखा के समानांतर दो और रेखाएं खींची जाती हैं। बॉक लाइन मध्य रेखा से 3.75 मीटर की दूरी पर होती है, जबकि बोनस लाइन बॉक लाइन से 1 मीटर आगे (बॉक लाइन और एंड लाइन के बीच) खींची जाती है।

मैट की पूरी लंबाई के साथ एक मीटर के भीतर दो लाइन होती है, जिससे मैट पर दो चैनल बनते हैं और उन्हें लॉबी कहा जाता है। कई बार ऐसा देखा गया कि मैट पर लॉबी को दो अलग-अलग रंग में खींचा जाता है।

कबड्डी मैच का समय

एक कबड्डी मैच आमतौर पर 40 मिनट (प्रत्येक 20 मिनट के दो भाग) तक चलता है।

मैच की शुरुआत दो टीमों के बीच सिक्के के टॉस से होती है और विजेता यह तय कर सकता है कि पहले रेड करना है या डिफेंड करना है।

प्रत्येक टीम को प्रत्येक हाफ में दो टाइम-आउट की अनुमति होती है।

कबड्डी में कितने खिलाड़ी खेलते हैं

कबड्डी मैच में प्रत्येक टीम में सात खिलाड़ी होते हैं। टीमों में बेंच पर तीन से पांच सब्स्टीट्यूट खिलाड़ी के तौर पर होते हैं। कबड्डी टीम में मौजूद सभी सात खिलाड़ी डिफेंस भी करते हैं। इन खिलाड़ियों में रेडर और डिफेंडर खिलाड़ी शामिल होते हैं। इसके अलावा इसमें से कुछ खिलाड़ी ऑलराउंडर भी होते हैं, जो रेडर और डिफेंडर दोनों की भूमिका निभाते हैं।

रेडर : कबड्डी टीम में रेडर खिलाड़ी वो होते हैं, जो विपक्षी मैट पर जाकर रेड करते हैं और अपनी टीम के लिए अंक हासिल करने की कोशिश करते हैं।

डिफेंडर : डिफेंडर खिलाड़ी टीम में रहकर विपक्षी टीम की रेड के दौरान अपनी टीम को डिफेंस करते हैं।

कैसे खेलें कबड्डी?

कबड्डी मैच की शुरुआत एक टीम द्वारा दूसरी टीम के हाफ में रेड करने से होती है।

रेड का मतलब जब एक टीम का खिलाड़ी दूसरे खेमे में कबड्डी बोलने यानी हमला करने जाता है, उसे रेडर कहा जाता है। रेडर कबड्डी शब्द बोलते हुए दूसरी टीम के हाफ में प्रवेश करता है, जिसे कैंटिंग भी कहा जाता है।

रेडर का उद्देश्य जितना संभव हो उतने विपक्षी खिलाड़ियों को टैग करना या छूना होता है, जिन्हें एंटी या डिफेंडर कहा जाता है और एक सांस में अपने कैंट को जारी रखते हुए मध्य रेखा को पार करके रेडर अपने हिस्से में लौट आते हैं।

इस बीच डिफेंडर रेडर को कोर्ट से टैकल करके या धक्का देकर अपने ही हाफ में लौटने से रोकने की कोशिश करते हैं।

कबड्डी में अंक कैसे मिलते हैं?

एक रेडर के पास रेड के दौरान अंक हासिल करने के दो तरीके होते हैं।

पहला तरीका रेडर जब कबड्डी बोलने जाता है और विपक्षी खेमे के खिलाड़ी को टच करके सफलतापूर्वक अपने हाफ में लौट आता है तब उसे टच प्वाइंट मिलता है।

यदि टच प्वाइंट स्कोर हो जाता है, तो रेड के दौरान टैग किए गए विपक्षी या डिफेंडर मैट से बाहर हो जाते हैं। तब रेडर को उतने टच प्वाइंट मिलते हैं, जितने खिलाड़ी उसने रेड के दौरान मैट से बाहर कर दिए हों।

कबड्डी में एलिमिनेट हुए खिलाड़ी दोबारा मैट पर आ सकते हैं, अगर उनकी टीम के रेडर विपक्षी खेमे में जाकर रेड के दौरान टच प्वाइंट अर्जित करें या विपक्षी रेडर को अपने हाफ में ही दबोच लें और वह अपनी रेड पूरी नहीं कर पाएं।

दोबारा रेडर या डिफेंडर के वापस आने की प्रक्रिया वैसी ही होती है, जैसी एलिमिनेट होने की होती है।

उसी तरह जैसे एक रेडर कबड्डी बोलने के दौरान विपक्षी डिफेंडर के दौरा टैकल कर लिया जाता है, तब डिफेंडिंग टीम को एक प्वाइंट मिलता है और इसे आधुनिक कबड्डी में टैकल प्वाइंट कहा जाता है।

यदि कोई रेडर रेड के दौरान उसका कैंट यानी उसकी सांस टूट जाती है, वह आउट हो जाता है और डिफेंडिंग टीम को इस तरह एक प्वाइंट मिल जाता है।

अगर एक टीम विपक्षी टीम के सभी सात खिलाड़ियों को एलिमिनेट करने में सफल हो जाती है, तो उसे ऑलआउट या लोना करने के लिए दो अतिरिक्त अंक दिए जाते हैं। टीम के लोना या ऑलआउट होने के बाद सभी खिलाड़ी जीवित हो जाते हैं और खेल दोबारा शुरू हो जाता है।

ये ध्यान देने वाली बात है कि एक रेडर बिना एलिमिनेट हुए भी वापस अपने खेमे में लौट सकता है, यदि वह बॉक लाइन (या तो दोनों पैर बॉक लाइन के पार हों या उनका एक पैर बॉक लाइन के पार हो, जबकि उनका दूसरा पैर हवा में हो) को पार करने में सफल होता है। केवल बॉक लाइन को पार करके भी वह सुरक्षित वापस लौट सकता है, लेकिन उसे कोई प्वाइंट नहीं मिलेगा। साथ ही ऐसे में उसका कोई भी साथी रिवाइव भी नहीं होगा, इसे एंप्टी रेड कहते हैं।

एक और तरीके से रेडर स्कोर कर सकता है और बोनस प्वाइंट हासिल कर सकता है। इसके लिए रेडर को एक पैर बोनस लाइन तक पहुंचाना होता है, जबकि दूसरा पैर हवा में लहराना होता है। हालांकि बोनस प्वाइंट तभी एक्टिव होता है, जब डिफेंडिंग टीम के खेमे में कम से कम या उससे ज्यादा खिलाड़ी मैट पर मौजूद रहें।

साथ ही खेल के इस पूरे सीक्वेंस के दौरान यदि कोई डिफेंडर या रेडर सीमा रेखा के बाहर कदम रखता है, तो वह आउट हो जाता है और विपक्षी टीम को एक अंक और एक खिलाड़ी को रिवाइवल करने का मौका मिलता है। लॉबी क्षेत्र भी खेल की सीमा से बाहर माना जाता है जब तक कि डिफेंडर रेडर के साथ संपर्क नहीं करता, इसे स्ट्रग्ल भी कहा जाता है।

स्ट्रग्ल से पहले लॉबी में कदम रखने से मैट की सीमाओं के बाहर कदम रखने के समान पेनल्टी का प्रावधान होता है।

अगर नॉकआउट कबड्डी मुकाबला टाई हो जाता है, तब फैसले के लिए सात मिनट का मिनी मैच खेला जाता है, जो दो हिस्से में होता है। फिर भी परिणाम नहीं निकलता है तब मैच का फैसला गोल्डन रेड से निकाला जाता है, जहां एक बॉक लाइन दूसरी बॉक लाइन तक जाती है।

यदि गोल्डन रेड के बाद भी मैच ड्रॉ होता है, तो विजेता का फैसला सिक्का उछालकर किया जाता है।

कबड्डी के नियमों का आधुनिकीकरण

साल 2014 में प्रो कबड्डी लीग के आयोजन के बाद इस खेल के प्रति आकर्षण बढ़ाने के लिए कबड्डी के नियमों में कुछ बदलाव किए गए। इनमें से कुछ नियमों को अंतरराष्ट्रीय टूर्नामेंटों में कई मौकों पर प्रयोग के रूप में लागू किया गया है।

उदाहरण के लिए प्रो कबड्डी में प्रत्येक रेड के लिए 30 सेकंड की समय सीमा होती है और करो या मरो रेड भी होती है, जिसका अर्थ है कि लगातार तीन खाली रेड के बाद रेडर को आउट करार दिया जाता है और विपक्ष को इस मार्फत एक अंक मिलता है।

सुपर रेड (जहां एक रेडर एक रेड से तीन या अधिक अंक प्राप्त करता है), सुपर टैकल (जहां तीन या उससे कम डिफेंडर एक सफल टैकल करते हैं) इस तरह के ब्रांडिंग तत्व भी खेल में आ गए हैं।

कबड्डी खेलने की पोजीशन जैसे कॉर्नर (डिफेंडर चेन के अंतिम छोर पर डिफेंडर) और कवर (कोनों के ठीक अंदर खेलने वाले डिफेंडर) शब्द भी गढ़े गए हैं। कबड्डी मूव्स जैसे फ्रॉग जंप, एंकल होल्ड, टो टच, डुबकी आदि भी प्रो कबड्डी के बाद से कबड्डी शब्दावली का हिस्सा बनते जा रहे हैं।

कबड्डी का खेल एक बहुत ही रोमांचक खेल होता है कि किसी खेलने के लिए नवयुवक होते हैं इसे खेलने के लिए हमें बहुत अधिक शक्ति एवं बुद्धि का इस्तेमाल करना पड़ता है क्योंकि इन दोनों के बिना हम कबड्डी के मैच को हार जाएंगे प्राचीन समय में कबड्डी मात्र ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के बच्चों द्वारा खेला जाता है लेकिन धीरे-धीरे फिर इसको राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर खेला जाने लगा।

जब कोई रेडर रेड मारता है तब विपक्षी दल के खिलाड़ी उसको पकड़ने का प्रयत्न करते हैं और यज्ञ उसको पकड़ने में वह कामयाब हो जाते हैं तब उनके दल को भी 1 अंक प्राप्त होता है। जब किसी खिलाड़ी को किसी दल द्वारा पकड़ लिया जाता है या विपक्षी दल द्वारा छोड़ दिया जाता है और वह खेल से बाहर बैठ जाते हैं वह तब तक खेल के अंदर पुनः नहीं आ सकते जब उनका विपक्षी दल में से कोई व्यक्ति आउट नहीं होता यह खेल लगभग 40 मिनट तक खेला जाता है और 40 मिनट के मध्य इनको एक ब्रेक प्राप्त होता है अर्थात 20 मिनट के अंतराल पर इनको ब्रेक दिया जाता है और उसके पश्चात लास्ट में जिस भी दल का सबसे अधिक अंक होता है वह दल विजई हो जाती है।

पहले के समय में यह पुरुषों का ही पसंदीदा खेल हुआ करता था क्योंकि इसको खेलने के लिए तंदुरुस्ती बहुत अधिक मायने रखती थी लेकिन वर्तमान समय में यह महिलाओं द्वारा भी खेला जाता है जो अंतरराष्ट्रीय एवं राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर खेलते हैं महिलाओं का भी इस खेल में बहुत अधिक दिलचस्पी आ गई है। कबड्डी एक ऐसा खेल है जिसको खेलने के दौरान हमें कई बार चोट भी लग जाती हैं और कई बार तो इतनी अधिक तीव्रता के साथ चोट लगती है कि कई व्यक्ति की मृत्यु भी हो सकती है क्योंकि हाल ही में एक खबर आई थी जिसमें कबड्डी खेलने के दौरान डिफेंडर द्वारा रेडर को उसका पर लगा और रीडर की मृत्यु मैदान में ही हो गई थी

Rapido entered the world of multihulls about ten years ago with the ambition of building high-performance ocean-going trimarans. After the 60 and 50, the shipyard unveiled the 40, a smaller model. This “small” Rapido obviously keeps the DNA of its big siblings and features a folding structure that comes into its own when you’re in the marina.

Rapido was created in 2014 under the impetus of Paul Koch, an Australian with a long-standing passion for multihulls. Before embarking on the adventure of his new brand, Paul was, from 1986 to 2008, the owner of OSTAC, which manufactured catamarans and trimarans. He was then at the helm of Corsair Marine from 1994 to 2010 before deciding to create Rapido with his own ideas - a logical course for someone who has always been known for his sense of innovation. The brand relies on Triac Composites, the factory in charge of construction, which Paul co-founded with Richard Eyre. The yard is located in southern Vietnam, in Ho Chi Minh City. Drawing on his experience, the founder has always been driven by the desire to create the most efficient trimarans in the category while maintaining a certain simplicity - both in the layout and the boat’s handling.

First look: Rapido 50 folding trimaran

The recently launched Rapido 50 will share many of the same characteristics of her predecessors as a performance folding trimaran that should turn heads

When launched in 2016 the Morelli and Melvin-designed Rapido 60 quickly established this brand as a new breed of ultra-fast, yet practical, performance cruising/racing trimaran

The Vietnam-based builder has two further models in development, at 40ft and 50ft. Both are folding multihull designs, which enables them to slip into a regular monohull marina berth and reduces storage costs when ashore.

Construction of the Morelli and Melvin design is of infused carbon foam sandwich, with beams, daggerboards and rudder made of pre-preg carbon. The central hull is configured for single-level living, with the cockpit and deckhouse both on the same level, although the Rapido 50 has a higher helm station to give a clear view over the coachroof.

Polars for this model show it being capable of well over 20 knots of boat speed across a wide range of reaching wind angles, and as much as 18 knots beam reaching in just 14 knots of breeze. The first Rapido 50 was built for delivery to an owner in Palma, Mallorca.

Rapido is also working on a 40-footer with curved C-foils and T-foil rudders. As well as offering a performance boost, without the control issues of a fully foiling boat, these allow the interior to be opened up as there’s no need for a daggerboard in the central hull.

The result looks to be a very enticing high performance yacht with a civilised two-cabin interior and acres of deck space.

A trimaran is a multi hulled sailboat with three individual hulls; the main hull ( vaka ) and a pair of outrigger hulls ( amas ). These smaller outrigger hulls are attached to the main hull using beams.

While trimarans have a rich history dating back nearly four millennia, these types of sailboats have only gained popularity in the late 1900s and early 2000s.

Trimarans are primarily used as personal boats for sailing enthusiasts or racing. सन 1950 में ऑल इंडिया कबड्डी फेडरेशन बनाया गया जिसके द्वारा कबड्डी के नियम तय किए गए।
कबड्डी में एक खिलाड़ी को विपक्षी पाले में जाकर वहां मौजूद खिलाडियों को छूने का प्रयास करता है।
यदि खिलाड़ी विरोधी दल के किसी सदस्य को छू कर वापस आ जाता है तो उसे एक अंक मिलता है।
यदि खिलाड़ी विरोधी पांडे के गिरफ्त में आ जाए तो उसे खेल से बाहर कर दिया जाता है।
कबड्डी में 12 खिलाड़ी होते हैं जिसमें से 7 कोर्ट में होते हैं औरत 5 अतिरिक्त खिलाड़ी होते हैं।
यह खेल आमतौर पर 20-20 मिनट के दो हिस्सों में खेला जाता है, हर हिस्से में टीमें पाला बदलती हैं।
कबड्डी खेलने वाले खिलाड़ियों में चुस्ती-फुर्ती चालाकी और सहयोग की भावना होना आवश्यक है।
वास्तव में कबड्डी का खेल रोमांच से भरा है और इसे खेलने से शरीर का व्यायाम भी हो जाता है।
भारत में कबड्डी को प्रोत्साहन देने के लिए प्रो कबड्डी लीग की शुरुआत भी की गई है।

The craze for kabaddi rocketed up in the last few years everywhere as the Pro Kabaddi League started and people got teams of their state. The game of Kabaddi involves two teams who defend themselves from a raider from the opposite team. The game has now risen to international recognition. Here are some sample essays on kabaddi.

100 Words Essay on Kabaddi

Kabaddi is a game of two different teams, each team containing seven players. One player is known as a"raider”, and raids into other teams' half courts and tries to touch as many players as they can while continuously chanting "kabaddi” in a single breath.

Kabaddi is one of the most famous sports in the Indian subcontinent and other neighbouring countries with different regional names. Kabaddi has two different variations, namely “standard style” and “circle style”.

Kabaddi is the national sport of Bangladesh. It is the state game of different states in India like Haryana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Bihar, Kerala, Maharashtra, and Odisha. It is a highly regarded game in Nepal, taught and played in primary schools. It is also the country’s national sport.

200 Words Essay on Kabaddi

Kabaddi is a contact team sport. There are two teams of seven players each, who defend their courts from an offending player, trying to touch as many of the defending players as possible in a single breath. The raider team gets a point for every player their player touches from the opposite team and thereby eliminates them from the game. The defending team gets a point for the successful capture of a raider. Players are taken back into the game for each point scored by the team. This cycle of defending and raiding continues till there's no one left in a team.

Different Names Of Kabaddi | Kabaddi has different names in various regions. It is known as “hu-tu-tu” in the western region, “hu-do-do” in the eastern region, and “chadakudu” in the southern region of the Indian subcontinent. It is known as “ha-du-du” in Bangladesh and “kapardi” in Nepal.

Styles Of Kabaddi | Kabaddi has two different styles of playing depending on the shape of the ground. "Circle Style”, also known as "Punjabi Kabaddi” is a traditional form of Kabaddi played on a circle-shaped ground, and is most famous in rural areas of Punjab, that is, where it originated from. “Standard Style” is played in a rectangular-shaped court, and is widely played including that in various national and international competitions, such as the Asian games.

The origin of Kabaddi goes back to ancient India. It is mentioned in the Sangam literature that Sadugudu (older name for Kabaddi) was practised for ages and was used as a warm-up sport before playing Jallikattu. Another form of this sport originated in Tamil Nadu 4,000 years ago.

Kabaddi was famous among the Yadava people. An Abhang by Tukaram states that Lord Krishna used to play Kabaddi in his childhood.

Kabaddi As A Competitive Sport | India first popularised Kabaddi as a competitive sport, with the first competitions organised in the late 1920s. The All India Kabaddi Federation was formed in 1950. Kabaddi was played as a demonstration sport during the first Asian games in 1951 in Delhi, and made a part of Asian games in 1990.

Rules of Kabaddi

There are different variations of Kabaddi but the basic rules of scoring a point, number of players, and declaring someone out are mostly the same. Let's take a look at the basic rules of Kabaddi.

Each team consists of 12 players from which only 7 players will be on the court at a time and others will be substitutes.

Matches are categorised according to the age and weight of players because of the physical nature of this contact sport.

Each game is played in two halves of 20 minutes with a 5-minute break at halftime.

A raider gets a point for every player of the other team he touches in a single breath. The defending team gets a point for the successful capture of a raider.

Players that are declared ‘out’ while raiding or defending can be taken in with each point scored.

Each team takes turns raiding and defending. The courts are switched after the halftime break.

The game in the same manner continues till the time up. The team that scores the maximum points is declared winner.

Coming of The Pro Kabaddi League

In a country dominated by cricket, the beginning of the Pro-Kabaddi League in 2014 glamorised the sport of Kabaddi in India, and it became the second most–watched sport event after the Indian Premier League. It helped many players from rural India to show their talent at the game at the national and international levels. Kabaddi getting recognised at a bigger level has fetched livelihood and a means of sustenance for many of those skilled at the game.

When I was in school, we used to play Kabaddi just as a pastime and because our seniors usually kept the cricket bat and ball with themselves. Unlike for other sports like cricket, football, and basketball, there weren't many competitions organised for Kabaddi despite there being some talented players around. However, with the beginning of the Pro-Kabaddi League, things have changed. My peers from school who have been good at Kabaddi right from school days are now playing in various tournaments organised by universities and state federations.

Good performance in Kabaddi is even fetching scholarships to these students. Now, I am in college in the capital of my state, and the players who played kabaddi with me in school are playing in various tournaments held by universities and state federations. Some players are even getting scholarships based on the amazing skills that they achieved playing kabaddi during school just to pass time.
