Worth every penny

Worth every penny! I hesitated at first because I wasn't sure if it would be worth it. I was also nervous about using an online company. They offered a free sample. I've used PaperTrue for three times. My first and second order was a little late. However, they offered a 10% off discount code as an apology. The customer service is excellent; they are helpful with answering all kinds of questions. My second delivery is the worst because my editor only gave feedback and changed one or two words without really editing my paper. Since my paper was due soon, I then requested another editor to re-edit my work. They didn't charge anything and returned my paper within the deadline. The third order was the best because my editor put the effort to edit and she focused on the clarity of my essay. Overall, it really depends on what type of editor you are looking for that best fit your writing style.

The company removed my review 3 times

Proofreader lacking intelligence.
I decided to try their free sample and the work I submitted was flawlessly free of any grammatical mistakes, as I was simply testing out their offerings. 
The proofreader altered accurately written sentences into inaccurate ones, prompting me to find humor in their foolishness. If you're looking for a good chuckle and subpar work, consider hiring my proofreader, who I believe to be unintelligent. In my opinion, their abilities in proofreading are comically bad and provided me with the most laughs I've had all year.

The document had undergone proofreading before it was submitted. There was no errors at all. Had I adhered to the proofreading instructions, the sentences would have had grammatical errors and omission of words. 
Despite the company's persistent proposals and offering to revise the document, I consistently declined and had to repeatedly request them to stop contacting me. I have evidence of the incessant messages, making it impossible for the company to deny their actions. The response provided by the company is entirely false and invalid. I possess concrete evidence to back up all my statements. 


The proofreader suggested the removal of a word in a sentence, which ended up making it grammatically incorrect. This was just one error among a few others that the proofreader made while proofreading. It should be noted that the sentence was already structurally sound prior to the proofreader's revision.

Good for proofreading but not for elevating your writing (PaperTrue)

I would give them between 3 and 3.5 stars. I have used this editing service twice. I think they did an ok job. They checked your grammar and reformatted your paper for you, but there is not much feedback on the word choice, or the sentence structure. Last time, I sent them a cover letter of around 650 words and they only changed like 8 words and charged me for $33. They do delivery on time. Keep looking if you are looking for editors who will elevate your writing.

If I could put no stars rating to this company I would. In short: unprofessional, got my paper back with punctuation mistakes, incorrect formatting, guess referencing, accompanied by a very poor customer service. I have paid 618CHF and they have promised me a reimbursement which I never saw. If you read this post whilst navigating on the internet and wanting your academic paper to be edited: think twice.
